To mark World Sight Day, October 14th 2010, Seva Canada created an international campaign to raise awareness of the issues of blindness and low vision.
We asked people both in Vancouver and around the world to tell us what they would miss most if they went blind.
On World Sight Day, October 14th, Seva Canada set up three SMART Pics photo booths at busy locations around Vancouver. Here's a slide show of what people in Vancouver told us they would miss if they were blind.
Seva believes that every day should be World Sight Day. Every 5 seconds someone in the world goes blind.
