Anjana's Story

In many low-income countries like Nepal, families prioritize their sons’ health and wellbeing over their daughters’. That’s just one of many barriers girls face to accessing eye care and why 2 out of 3 of the world’s children suffering with treatable blindness are girls. However, 3-year-old Anjana is lucky, her parents believe their daughter deserves a better future. Watch our little hero on her journey to sight made possible by the generosity of Seva Canada donors.
